DESCRIPTION:Our next Household Hazardous Waste Drop-Off is scheduled for Saturday\, October 5\, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  \n Location: \nACUA Environmental Park\n6700 Delilah Road\, Egg Harbor Township\, NJ \nExamples or Materials Collected: anti-freeze\, compact fluorescent light bulbs\, furniture polish\, insecticide\, motor oil\, oil-based paint\, pool chemicals\, rechargeable batteries\, spray paint\, varnish/stains\, etc. \nHazardous waste is harmful to the environment and should never be disposed of in the trash or recycling. Atlantic County residents can safely dispose of hazardous materials at our event. \nIndividual container sizes cannot exceed 5 gallons. The maximum quantity of household hazardous waste accepted per household is 20 gallons. \nFor more information and a full list of accepted materials\, visit acua.com/hhw.

SUMMARY:Hammonton Historic Preservation Guided Tour
DESCRIPTION:The Hammonton Historic Preservation Commission leads guided walking tours throughout the spring\, summer and fall\, March through November. All participants will meet at the Eagle Theatre at 208 Vine St at 1 p.m. sharp. The tour includes stops in both the historic commercial and historic residential districts of Downtown Hammonton every first Saturday of the month\, weather permitting. A $10 donation will support the Historical Society of Hammonton. Children under 18 are free.
